LASU–FCES Oyo Sandwich Degree Admission Form 2025 Modular Year
The Lagos State University (LASU), in affiliation with the Federal College of Education (Special), Oyo (FCES Oyo), has commenced the sale of admission forms for its Sandwich Degree Programmes for the 2025 Modular Year. Admission Requirements
General Entry Requirements
- Five (5) O’Level credits or TCII Merit Passes at not more than two sittings, including English Language and Mathematics.
- Two (2) subjects at A’Level or NCE Merit Passes in relevant areas.
- A University or Polytechnic Diploma (minimum Merit) in relevant areas.
Specific Subject Requirements
- English Major: Credit passes in Literature in English and English Language.
- Economics Major: Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, and Economics.
- Physical and Health Education, Social Studies, Political Science: At least a credit pass in English Language and Mathematics.
- Health Education Major: Credit pass in English and Mathematics; holders of Staff Registered Nursing/Midwifery Certificates, Diploma in Health Technology, or Advanced Diploma in Sports are eligible.
- Mathematics and Science Majors: Credit passes in both Mathematics and English Language.
- Arabic Major: NCE (Arabic) at Merit level or certificates from recognized Arabic institutions may be accepted.
Programme Duration
- Four (4) Years: For candidates with NCE (Merit and above) or GCE A’Level (E grade and above).
- Five (5) Years: For candidates with WASC/SSCE/TCII or NCE but short of the four-year entry qualifications.

- Complete the online application form with accurate personal and academic details.
- Upload required documents including O’Level results, passport photograph, and other relevant credentials.
- Print your application slip for reference and screening.
Important Notes
- All candidates must ensure that their O’Level results include English Language and Mathematics, as these are compulsory for all programmes.
- Admission is strictly based on merit and availability of spaces in each department.
