Admission Process
UDUSOK’s admission process is coordinated through the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and the university’s internal screening system. Here’s how it works:
- JAMB UTME/Direct Entry: Candidates must select UDUSOK as their first choice institution during JAMB registration. The university typically sets a general cut-off mark of 150, though competitive courses like Law, Medicine, and Pharmacy may require higher scores.
- O’Level Requirements: You must have at least five credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings. These results must be uploaded to the JAMB portal.
- Aggregate Score Calculation: UDUSOK uses a combination of your UTME score and O’Level grades to determine your aggregate score. This score is used to rank candidates for admission.
- Admission via JAMB CAPS: All offers of admission are processed through JAMB’s Central Admissions Processing System (CAPS). Candidates must monitor their CAPS dashboard to accept or reject offers.
Post UTME Form Acquisition
Although UDUSOK does not conduct a traditional Post UTME exam, it still requires candidates to undergo a screening process. Here’s what you need to know:
- Form Availability: The Post UTME screening form for the 2025/2026 session is typically released between August and September. Candidates should check the UDUSOK Admission Portal regularly.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have chosen UDUSOK as first choice in JAMB.
- Must meet the departmental cut-off mark.
- Must have uploaded valid O’Level results to JAMB CAPS.
- Application Steps:
- Visit the UDUSOK portal and create a profile.
- Pay the screening fee (usually ₦2,000) via Remita.
- Fill in your academic details and upload required documents.
- Print your screening slip for reference.
- Screening Method: UDUSOK typically uses a non-examination-based screening, relying on your UTME score and O’Level grades. No physical test is required.
